You have no fear training with Douglas, he makes anything appear easy and makes you feel you can do and achieve anything , actually there is one fear his "humour"

I joined the bootcamp because I knew I was supported by Douglas who had helped me throughout lockdown with my exercises and keeping me motivated, when Douglas said about bootcamp I had the fear thinking about what if people were watching me but that was not true everyone else had their thoughts on their own exercise, their own journeys. Bootcamp really made me realise that I can lose the weight, gain strength , confidence and enjoy the exercises I had enjoyed over lockdown, I have lost my fear of people watching me and exercising outside. I would defo recommend joining bootcamp for lots of fun and to start and believing in yourself !
