Couch to Bootcamp for beginners and people getting back into exercise. Train up to 3 times a week.  We are an all weather Bootcamp

 This will suit any level of fitness, all exercises can be adjusted. So, if this is your first time thinking of exercise don't worry, we are here to support you. If however you are fit and want to get even fitter, we are here to push you to your limit. Train up to 5 times a week.

I joined the bootcamp because I knew I was supported by Douglas who had helped me throughout lockdown with my exercises and keeping me motivated, when Douglas said about bootcamp I had the fear thinking about what if people were watching me but that was not true everyone else had their thoughts on their own exercise, their own journeys. Bootcamp really made me realise that I can lose the weight, gain strength , confidence and enjoy the exercises I had enjoyed over lockdown, I have lost my fear of people watching me and exercising outside. I would defo recommend joining bootcamp for lots of fun and to start and believing in yourself !
